Washcare Instruction
- Regular maintenance of the rug can be ensured with a strong broom or vacuum that pulls away all the trapped dirt once a week. Initially, you will observe negligible wool shedding. Such shedding is normal and is no cause for concern. Always avoid steaming or dry cleaning the rugs. Rotate the carpet every few months to protect it from sun fading.
Stain Removal
- A prompt clean-up is advised for any accidental spilling on the carpet. We ensure that every rug is nano-coated with disinfectants and protectants to avoid any stains. You can consider sending the rug back to us for a round of professional cleaning if the stain is stubborn.
- Unboxing photos and videos must be shared within 24 hours to vendor for return, replacement and damages claim.

- Do's: Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the pile, and snip any loose strands with scissors rather than pulling them. Rotate the carpet occasionally to equalize wear and blot spills immediately with a clean, un-dyed cloth, pressing firmly to absorb moisture. Sun-dry the carpet briefly if it gets wet and seek professional rug cleaning for hard-to-remove stains on hand-knotted pieces.
- Don't: Do not use harsh brushes or spinning beater bars to clean, as these can damage the delicate fibers of the rug. Do not pull on loose strands if they appear; pulling can ruin the integrity of the weave and cause permanent damage. Do not worry about shedding, as it is a normal condition for new rugs and will naturally dissipate within one to two months.
