Do's
Clean the mattress regularly using a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth, and always use a mattress protector to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Air the mattress occasionally to prevent moisture buildup, and vacuum it lightly to remove dust. Check and tighten all screws or bolts every 3–6 months to ensure stability. Rotate or flip the mattress, if applicable, as recommended by the manufacturer. Place the bed on a flat, even surface for proper support, and follow the recommended weight limit. Keep the bed in a dry, well-ventilated room, and protect it from direct sunlight to prevent fading or material damage.

Don'ts
Do not jump or stand on the bed, and avoid dragging it while moving always lift it properly. Do not overload the bed beyond its recommended weight capacity or sit repeatedly on the same edge of the mattress, as this may cause damage. Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, strong detergents, or steam cleaners unless recommended by the manufacturer, and never soak wooden or upholstered parts with water. Do not modify or alter the bed structure, remove or tamper with support slats, or ignore unusual noises or looseness; such issues should be reported or fixed immediately to ensure safety and durability.
