Warranty Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear from prolonged use
Minor scratches, cuts, or damages from improper cleaning, impacts, or accidents
Damage from incorrect installation/assembly by customer
Cracks due to displacement or relocation
Fading from direct sunlight exposure
Wood decay from water damage
Upholstery fabrics (seat covers)
Non-standard dry cleaning or harsh chemical use
Unevenness up to 5 mm (industry accepted due to floor/surface variations)
Any modifications/alterations post-purchase
To claim warranty, the product must be shipped back to our factory at the customer cost.
