- Do not overload the bed beyond its recommended weight capacity or sit repeatedly on the same edge of the mattress, as this may cause damage.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, strong detergents, or steam cleaners unless recommended by the manufacturer, and never soak wooden or upholstered parts with water.
- Do not modify or alter the bed structure, remove or tamper with support slats, or ignore unusual noises or looseness; such issues should be reported or fixed immediately to ensure safety and durability.

- Any modifications/alterations post-purchase
- To claim warranty, the product must be shipped back to our factory at the customer’s cost.
