- Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, strong detergents, or steam cleaners unless recommended by the manufacturer, and never soak wooden or upholstered parts with water.
- Do not modify or alter the bed structure, remove or tamper with support slats, or ignore unusual noises or looseness; such issues should be reported or fixed immediately to ensure safety and durability.
